Hey i have the perfect solution to your problem. Directions for the six step are pretty difficult to understand, thats why a good video of it make it soooo simple. Got to this site http://www.bboy.org/t64592/s.html trust me its the best i've seen for six step tutorials.

there are a total of six steps in one rotation. Begin in a push-up position with your feet spread apart. Lift your right hand, and place your left foot where that hand used to be (1). Shifting your weight onto the left hand and foot, move your right leg up into the crook of your left knee (2). Swing your(frontmost) leg around in a wide arc; it should come down so that your legs are in a crab positon (3). Meanwhile, switch hands so that right hand is down and the left hand comes up. Now swing the right leg around in a wide arc and wrap it around your left (4). Move the left leg back into its original spot (5), and lastly pull your right leg back into the push-up position also (6) while your left hand comes down. Now you should be back in the starting position; continue with step 1.
Tips

The body position after step (2) and step (4) are mirror images of each other.
Try to look straight ahead constantly and place your feet in the same place for each rotation. The two surest signs of a newbie breaker are uncontrolled 6-steps that "drift" across the floor in one direction or which inexorably twist the body in one direction (usually evermore to the right for counter-clockwise breakers). The main culprit is usually not briging the legs around far enough for steps 3 & 4.

ok im sure you seen breakers do basic foot work man you gotta learn the 6 if you dont you wont be able to go in to powermoves or freezes get top rock to 6 step you just cant do top rock and drop into a floor rock theres just rules well thats al peace more inf o wb
