Beginner

I fell in love with a sport a few months back called Parkour it really got me into a physical frenzy and i was able to get a bit more fit then i was, I have been watching break dancing for a some time and i figured i would give it a try how would i go about starting such a task. I have very little upper body strength and very little flexibility if there is any way i can increase this please let me know. any help would be appreciated.

I recommend just doing pull-ups, and pushups for your arms and back.For your legs, I would do leg squats. ( Best way is, stand in a door way. Grab the inside of the door and lean back. Squat down with both feet until you get used to that and then make it harder by doing one legged squats. Leaning back while holding the door frame, will keep your form perfect, and not hurt your back or your knees. The more reps you do the better. It is endurance you want not size.)Other then that, stretch and practice. Good luck.
