You certainly should use VIEW PRINT with parameters to determine the viewing area but here's the catch. Although you can scroll down easily, scrolling up is a problem. You have to either clear the view print area first or you need to make all of the strings go completely across the screen so the short entries have spaces added to them to wipe out a long entry as the scrolling occurs. Also, you need either arrays to hold those stories in, maybe you have it that way already, I can't remember, or you need to use a random access file system database. You also need to construct an algorithm to keep track of where the cursor is on the screen and the story number you are on. So, to answer your question: Is it possible? Sure, but it's a lot of work.
