Well I'm still missing it, because...

Does nothing in an HTML file as it cannot form a hyperlink. As for changing IE settings, I don't know. Security issues? mennonite seems to think so and if I were doing this, I would want something that could be used without such alterations. But, this is project belongs to Kris, and so far, he has not responded back.
