I see absolutely no reason for all of that BLATHER about suitability and you pretty much allow anybody to do anything they want with it! So what is the purpose of such BS? I already have your address if I want to sue you and it WILL cost you money to fight it!

However, since judges and juries know little about programming, I could get a nice nest egg! Look at how M$ beat the government too.

Common kiddo, enough is enough!
