Dear Anonymous,

Unfortunately, we seem to have quite a few people who won't use their real names for some reason (including you), when they post on this messageboard.

I am sorry that you are "disgusted with UA."

Bob Vance's initial post was quite lovely and kind regarding Jay Anstaett. The information that was posted in response to an alum's question about track records (because Jay was a record-holder) doesn't indicate that people are cold about Jay's passing. In fact, The anonymous alum who posted the question was hoping that Jay's achievements would be publicly recognized, I think.

Another person also suggested this in a previous post, but please feel free to post a nice tribute to Jay Ansteatt here, and I expect that others will follow. By not posting a tribute to him, perhaps others may feel that YOU are "cold" and may be "disgusted" by you.

Obviously, you are free to be disgusted with Upper Arlington if that somehow makes you feel good, but this messageboard is hardly a representation of the entire community or even all UAHS alums.
