MOORE Mary Lou Moore, age 59, of Hilliard, passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 23, 2008, at her summer home in Port Clinton, Ohio. She was born February 26, 1949, in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late Dr. George and Mayme (Knight) Schmidt and also preceded in death by her brother William (Bill) Schmidt, aunt Myrtle Adams and father-in-law Robert E. Moore. Mary Lou retired from Nationwide Insurance as a computer systems specialist following over 31 years of service. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Terry Moore; mother-in-law, Dorothy Moore, Silver Spring, MD; sister-in-law, Judy Porter and husband, David of Port Clinton, OH; brother-in-law, Don Moore and wife, Teresa of Lexington, KY; nieces and nephews, Erik Porter, Bellevue, OH, Jaime (Cade) McCarthy, Marblehead, OH, Jodi (Scott) Scarola, Wilmington, NC, and Justin (Nicole) Moore of Lexington, KY; many great-nieces and great-nephews and many friends. Mary Lou was a 1967 graduate of Upper Arlington High School and graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Math in 1972. She was an avid O.S.U. football fan, "GO BUCKS" and loved boating especially on Lake Erie. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Thursday at SCHOEDINGER NORTHWEST CHAPEL, 1740 Zollinger Road, where funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Friday, June 27, 2008. Interment to follow at Union Cemetery.
