a last message: the student list for 1982 is incomplete! there are several names not on that list. were they the geeks? or were they conviently forgotten?

What list are you saying is incomplete? The class of 1982 e-mail list only will list people who have personally added themselves to the site. The lost classmates list under the e-mail list are those classmates who do not have a current mailing address on file with the UA Alumni Association. I hope this helps. You may want to check with whoever is in charge of your class reunions, they may be able to help if you are looking for someone specific.

As someone else stated, we add the email addresses of alums who ask to be listed on Bearalums.com. For privacy and security reasons, we don't add the emails of friends or relatives; they have to be done individually by the alums themselves.

So - the next reunion is a really good time to gather up email addresses for classmates and then send a note to each one and encourage them to visit Bearalums.com, submit their email addresses, and join UAAA.

Do people who are beyond middle school age still really label others as "geeks" anymore?

I assumed (wrongly) that the mentality of the kids I went to school with had not changed, seeing as how it never changed in the sixteen years that i lived there. Excuse me for trying to fit in, Never did before for I was not in any "click" myself. More of a "geek" myself. Is it possible that this behavior dissappeared with the missing classmates????????????? I will admit my wrongs can all of you?

Are you guys really writing back and forth about who called who a geek. Come on for goodness sake!! You people are 45 years old! Drop it already!!! I will admit I am LMAO reading this thread!!!
