For me personally I found that one long plump was better. I think it's one of those things that's individual though, so you have to find out what works best for you. Initially I used to do 6 x 10 second plumps and then I chnaged to 2 x 30 second plumps and it definitely worked better. We are all different though, so what works best for someone might not to best for another. For me 2 x 30 seconds really gives a good result. |
