I have been paying attention to alot of models lately, and I've noticed that many of them do not have the very big lips that were so popular in the '90s. The lips associated with celebrities like Julia Roberts and Ivana Trump.

Maybe they are going back to the more traditional thin look.

Besides, collagen injections and other lip enhancement surgeries are so expensive.

I've noticed the same thing, lips are not being puffed so big now as a few years ago. I think it's because if someone has really big lips these days everyone straight away thinks they have had collagen, so nowadays models try to be more subtle about it and not make the collagen that obvious.

I don't think full lips have gone out of fashion, definitely not, but I do think there's been a general realisation that lips can be TOO BIG aswell as too small, so the aim now is usually to get a happy medium now, full but not too full, and not to puff lips up as much as possible.

I agree, there was a spell when some women were definitely overdoing things, and I think if anyone gets too much collagen now there is a tendency for people stright away to say she's overdoing the collagen and should stay away from it. We have reached a stage now where lips that are too big attract negative comment, so women have become wary about overdoing it.

Yes if anyone overdoes it ridiculously it does attract negative comment nowadays.

Theree is more awareness now that collagen injections and other lip enhancement surgeries can go wrong, so it's not so common now that women rush to have them done. But are people returning to thin lips? No, definitely not. There seems more media interest in things like the Lusacious Lips pump than ever before.
