| Do you ladies/gents find one long pull is better that several shorter pulls? Or do you get better results from breaking, say, a minute into 6 X 10 seconds? |

For me personally I found that one long plump was better. I think it's one of those things that's individual though, so you have to find out what works best for you. Initially I used to do 6 x 10 second plumps and then I chnaged to 2 x 30 second plumps and it definitely worked better. We are all different though, so what works best for someone might not to best for another. For me 2 x 30 seconds really gives a good result. |

I think the longer one might be better, but so far I've stuck to 10 second ones out of caution. Since I'm still in the early stages I thought I'd be cautious for now, plus the 10 second ones seem to work wel for me anyway. later on I may give 30 second pulls a try, but the 10 second ones are fine for me at the moment. |
