I've been using Lucious Lips for about a month and I'm up to about a minute total. The plump seems to fade within 10 minutes or so, but I'm hoping that will change with time. My main concern is that after I use LL, for the rest of the day, my upper lip and the area above it are sore and tingle. Is this normal for anyone else?

No I don't think that's normal. I'm no expert, but I don't get any tingling. It probably doesn't do you any harm though, so you probably don't need to worry about it. Anyway the plump does last longer over time, that's been my experience anyway, definitely it lasts longer and longer as you go on with it.
