I am interessted in the lip pump device

July 5 2009 at 12:14 AM

hello everybody,
i have quite thin lips and think to buy the lip pump device since it promises fuller lips without pain.
yet there is something i would love to know before purchasing the device: does the company conduct animal tests?
I'd be glad to get an answer.
thanks in advance

I'm not sure how you could explain to an animal how to use Luscious Lips, so it would be real hard to test it on any animals. Plus I can't think of any animals that really have lips like humans, so I don't know how you could test it on animals anyway, even if you could explain to them what to do.

It would be impossible to test luscious lips on animals. Besides luscuious lips has been around for at least 10 years, so I don't suppose it needs any testing now.

let me explain it that way...

first of all luscious lips offers a therapeutical cream which may or may not be tested on animals.

the second thing is that there are many ways to test on animals. general motors produces cars however they were conducting animal tests for years. don't ask me how on earth they did it, this is at least what I read on the german PETA website. I suppose they did not force guinea pigs to drive their cars.
maybe it sounds absurd to ask, if a lip pump device was tested on animals but since animal tests are conducted on the most absurd products on earth and I don't want to use any device, cream or whatever , for which animals had to suffer or to die, I thought it would be a good idea to ask the experts just to be sure and to be able to use the stuff without having a nagging consience or questionmarks in my head:)

that's all.

Car manufacturers used animals in crash tests. Cars are tested to make sure they withstand an impact as well as possible and to see the effect on the occupants, but I don't think they use animals for this anymore. I think nowadays they use crash test dummies, which is much better because the dummies are made to closely resemble humans.

Luscious Lips is definitely not tested on animals and it couldn't be either, as there is no test you could carry out on an animal that would tell you anything useful
I don't know anything about the lip cream, so I can't know what the answer is to that one.

There is nothing in the therapeutic lip cream which would harm an animal, so you can rest assured that no animals have suffered or died in using this product (although I seriously doubt it was tested on animals anyway).
