I'm curious- how many of you have referenced The Cure's music or lyrics in your schoolwork?

I had to do a scrapbook for my Humanities class during high school (1992/1993) and not only referenced a song (Wailing Wall) to describe a sculpture, but also used lots of lyrics as poetry examples... I got an A!

My tenth grade (a while ago) research paper was on The Cure. I got an A on that, but then we had to do an oral presentation, and I had a 5 minute speech done in 3 minutes, which lowered my grade a touch.

I used Lullaby an example of how to incorporate calligraphy an illustration for my Art I classes.

WE got to read The Stranger in English and we got to bring in Staring At The Sea and listen to Killing An Arab. Then we got to listen to the whole album cuz it was the class party day. I loved that class...
