okay i really need to get this off my chest...i think that they are going about this all wrong. instead of just wanting the easy way, they should think about a way that is reasonable...you know, try and get them to make the legalization process much faster, or something else. i don't support kids leaving class just because they want to "protest", they should stay in school. this just pisses me off.

USA is a capitalist govt. All we care about is money. So if they are making money for themselves and improving a few of the lucky ones back home, why can't they all stay? Money from USA which was money grammed back to poorer nations exceeded foreign aid that our govt gave to those countries. AND they have to spend the rest of the money they earn here...I might sound like all that I care about is money but that's the second point. The first one is obvious. We are all immigrants. Viva la immigracion is right!!!

The government makes it so hard for us immigrants to get our visas and green cards, I understand how some people have no choice but to be here illegaly. I've always been a legal resident, and it wasn't easy to finnaly get my green card...so part of me thinks that everybody should try to be legal, but the other part thinks fuck the government for making it so hard on us...

It's hard here but it's hard in Mexico too. But I still think everyone who is working and has a record of steady employment should be granted amensty. I actually listened to our President talk about the $70 billion tax cut. I just started swearing at the TV. Fuck him is right! He's just going to pocket his earings off the high oil prices!

Sorry but got pissed off today putting new software onto pc and kept having to choose American English as the language option because there was no real English. American English is not a language, its just a poor imitation, badly spelt version of English!

yea, i'm appalled by the crap i hear news anchors say. they're supposed to be professional speakers. i think they all go to wal-mart college of communication these days. actually, i noticed some shite lingo by english anchors too, last month!

I have a friend who used to worklive in a Texas border town.
She said that it was not uncommon for Mexican woman to come over the border and have their babies, apply for a PO box in town. They would then move back to Mexico and collect welfair checks from US/Texas tax payers and only come back over the border once day a month to collect their checks. Mothers day indeed. Free health care, free money. No wonder why we can't give our own healthcare, because others are taking advantage of it.
dont get me wrong. i dont really care if there are immagrants or not.
i believe everyone should be welcome here as long as they are a functional member of society and live in the US. yeah its ok to send the money back home, but i dont believe its good to live in Mexico and collect a Texas state mothers day check.....

if the u.s. seems to be running short on $$ for social welfare expenditures, it's because the money has been channeled elsewhere.
regardless of what your politicians are telling you, the amount of tax$ you pay does not change very much. it cannot change. the only thing that changes is how it's spent [on the military industrial complex or for the good of our ppl].

how our tax revenues are dispensed will vary according to whomever is in control of the country (white house/congress/senate). and those cock-suckers will look you straight in the eye and lie, cheat and steal to keep their fat, greedy hands in your pocket. and if that doesn't work, they challenge your morality.

so don't be so easily appeased when the oil-man in the white house gives you back a few hundred dollars. he's only doing it so that you won't notice that he's used the u.s. constitution to line the bottom of budgie's birdcage.

also, he's not only maxed out the credit cards, he's gone out and gotten a whole wallet full of new ones - AND MAXED THEM OUT TOO!!! just to make sure that whomever replaces him (probably a democrat) will find himself in charge of a country that is totally fucked financially. intentionally fucked.

oh yea, the next time you put your lunch money in the gas tank, remember this: this president is the first ever to not release america's fuel reserves to combat exploding oil prices abroad. yea, i'm talking about the oil-man in the white house who wants to sink oil drilling platforms off of my beach.

I'm also wondering who that office giving out checks on the border are run by, because you damn well bet, having grown up in the system, our office wasn't too keen on doling out money to useless people - like a mentally ill mom. They would cut our income down every which way they could, and nowdays, there are even more checks in place. I'm finding it hard to believe we're giving them all that much, either. Read filthy's post about where all our money is REALLY going. The migrant workers and such probably make up the very least percentage of where that money we're giving to our government is going.

So who's giving them the checks without checking up on it? Maybe instead of being pissed at the NERVE of poor people to try to give their children a better start than they could give them, on their own, perhaps one can be pissed at the people sliding the money to them. Since helping people, who don't bear the same flag, is such a rotten, horrible thing to do...
