I think it's hard for people who don't have to deal with the public breaking into their homes, videotaping their private possessions and everything (which happened to Robert Smith) to understand. But really, would you want your private address posted in a public message board forum, as a regular person? Imagine a celebrity who would have tons more people invading their private space than us regular people. Well, we here just feel even if someone knows the address, it's not very polite to go around posting it.

i heard rs has a couple of homes in england - one on the beach and one in the city(?)
his pics w/ fans reveal his approachability. although, i've never heard of him being nasty, you can tell by his facial expression (in pictures), whether he's into meeting fans @ that moment - or not!. usually after shows he looks happy to meet & greet BUT sometimes, when ppl grab him on the street for a photo, he looks pretty well... inconvenienced/pissed.

oh whatever. i suspect some of you have his adress and don't want to pass it along because it makes you feel like a special cure fan and better in some way than others. if someone asked for it, and you did not want to post it, simply say, email the person in private or suggest sending it to the record label and asking them to fwd. to the appropiate people, AKA Cure management.

OK, a friend of mine was backstage after one of the Swing tour shows, and Robert told her that he says, "Slinky racoons are cruising along the roof."

I shit you not. I don't know if he was shitting her, but I don't see why since they were friends. It makes more sense than some of the other guesses I've seen. Robert told her that it had to do with some political figures or something. :-/
