only two outta four of us got thrown out of the concert, so overall, it was a good evening!
and, luckily they only missed the last three nin songs!
first:
bauhaus was fucking amazing! ...absolutely brilliant!
how come peter murphy & daniel ash are so much older than me, but still look like a million bucks?! i know, theatrical make-up does wonders. plus, you know how they say "snow on the mountain" (re: grey hair)? well, you can see peter murphy's "mountain through the snow" (re: rapidly balding). oh well, in any event, they revived my sorely-ailing pool of artistic inspiration.
re: assault & battery charges
needless to say the pit was packed (but, strangely no moshing?!). during the nin set, some fucktard grabbed jessica's boob! (sexually deviant froetterist) actually, it was more like he latched onto it and clung like a bear trap... until she hauled off and decked him. and, i mean she hit him dead-center in the face with a fucking haymaker and he went down like an insect on the windshield - and started GUSHING blood from every hole in his head. i mean, totally went niagra falls or a SNL skit w/ blood shooting everywhere. he looked like carrie @ the prom! IT WAS SICK!
then, pussy-pervert-boy crawled off and got security, and when they found us and saw jessica - all 5'1" and 95lbs of her, they busted out laughing!!! she told them what
really happened and they started joking the guy and said:
"dude, you got your ass beat by a chick?!!!"
"and you're bleeding like a total bitch?!" ...
"are you sure you wanna press charges?!"
"you're gonna look like a chump in court!"

so, anyhoo - the pervert, jessica & cat got thrown out, and somehow we got to stay.
i figure jessica has a cut& dry sexual assault/battery case aginst mr pussyboy...
not to mention, a hilarious story to tell!!!
NIN was brilliant as well. they did an incredible show!!! i seen'em 3X before (lollapolooza, w/ bowie & w/ mm) and this was easily the best show ever. trent aint no skinny young kid anymore, but he's still totally hot! (yes, i would)(but i think he's gay)
i gotta say, the nin/bauhaus combo made my summer!
