i dont think many will like them here because they are nothing like the cure but at the moment they are my second favourie band behind, of coarse, the white stripes. fresh fruit for rotting vegetables is a masterpiece. so, any other fans?

I like them. I'm not a heavy-duty political music fan, but I think their music was definitely something very unique and a wonderful new perspective for when I discovered them - especially considering the area I grew up in was suburban Ohio. I won't say they're in my ultimate top ten list, but I still really like them.

i'm proud to say i have met & partied w/ him and he is, without a doubt, the funniest man i've ever met. i absolutely adore him.
and he's still a hoot!

Man I was just thinking as I was listening to them in my car yesterday how incredible they were. And how there will always be moon over Marin. I've never met them. It's not a wierd mix. I used to listen to The Cure, NIN, Danzig, and DK 15 years ago give or take. I'll still take all of them...

yeah, dk are good stuff for sure...but not the 'new' dk without jello...that's blasphemy! jello's spoken word stuff is great too, especially live.

Yeah the Dead Kennedys are one of the best punk bands ever. I've met Jello and he is great, a total genius. Nobody writes and speaks political satire better than Jello, Nobody! I recently saw him with the Melvins last year, one of my best concerts of the whole year.

yeah i seen them, got the album day of release :D. i was trying to get "dark" of here onto them and he seemed to like them which is good. i think the artwork is ok but id rather they had a outsider doing it rather than patrick keeler. im a complete jack white nut to be honest, i have every studio white stripes song and loads of live material and i love the racs but not as much. it is good to see him playing with musicians up to his standard though, i know that if meg was perfect the stripes wouldnt work but this is the chance hes ben waiting for to silence his critics saying he wouldnt hold up with talented band mates. also have you seen the jim diamond court case? its unbelievable he really is just trying to make a quick buck of the back of jack and megs sucess. basicaly if theres something to do with the white stripes or jack white you want to know im your man.
