Shit! Very much agreed! The song Sweet Revenge actually sounds like something I expect The Cure's upcoming album to sound something like. I like it.

....in fact all their songs sound like how I imagine the upcoming Cure album will sound like.

...except the ones with the snyths of course!

Hi me again - I love The Lie what a great track!! I just bought the CD off CDbaby.com, Loveshine is a nice enough song but I think the lyrics are just borderline tacky, I prefer it musically.

From what I've heard off their myspace there is Disintegration written all over it with some definite New Order as well which isn't such a great thing as I'm not a huge fan of NO but I do like what I've heard so far.

Meh they sound good but don't like them because they are not original. Just copied someone elses sound and image and are trying to get big off of another bands success.

Hummm, they are ok, just think that when somebody tries to imitate Robert (cause that's what they are doing)...it's kinda hard...big shoes to fill...
I have nothing against new bands sounding like old bands, I believe that there's nothing new under the sun...but these guys didn't impress me...

OK I bought their album for the hell of it and after a few listens lyrically they're trite, muscially they are good and the guys voice I really don't like that much. I think The Lie is the best track by a mile. I do agree though I do miss that Cure baritone guitar sound that Disintegration was brilliantly rife with, maybe the new album will see more of a resurgance, thank God we have Porl back!
