Old Cure Videos on DVD

I've had some time off work lately and checked out the cure videos on youtube.com - some are really blurry, but one of the the interviews was pretty good. I especially like the one with all the pictures "The Cure 1979-2004". I've got some of the older videos of the cure. I guess my favorite is 'The Cure - Staring at the Sea". I love all the videos on that one...I think my favorite is Charlotte Sometimes...something about that video is just so dream-like and appealing to me. I also have "The Cure Picture Show" and "Play Out" on video, but the tape broke on the picture show one (bummer).

I've looked online for these older videos on dvd but haven't had any luck. Do ya'll know where you can get these or is that even possible? I've got a dvd recorder but I just wondered if there were any of the old videos for sale? Why wouldn't they put these on dvd and sell them? I don't know maybe I haven't looked in the right places....

Thanks cure fans.

Hey, I've been looking for these on DVD too, since I lost my VHS in New Orleans in Katrina aftermath. I haven't had any luck either, I don't know if they exist yet on DVD. We should be squeaky wheels!

I love the video for Charlotte Sometimes, too- it's always been one of my favorites and I can't understand why Robert was unhappy with it. I write short fiction and actually have a story based on the video. It has nothing to do with the Cure really, or the book the song/video were inspired by, it's just an idea I got for a story when I was watching it for the millionth or so time. I've been trying to find some good fan fiction sites to send it to. Know of any?
