Hey...Jason from Atlanta here. It's been awhile, so hello again to everyone.
After a series of misadventures yesterday, I finally ended up getting decent seats (Section F4, Row M).
I logged onto Ticketmaster just before tickets went onsale and jumped on right on time, but kept getting a "No Tickets Available" message every time that I tried to purchase. I couldn't believe that presale seats were already sold out only a few seconds into the sale time, so I kept trying and kept getting the "No Tickets Available" message.
Finally, I got in for a couple of seats in Section 121, Lower Level, which is almost directly opposite the stage. I wanted a "bigger better deal", so, while those tickets were being held for me, I opened Ticketmaster on a separate browser window and ended up getting the Section F4 floor seats.
Strange...the presale must have been randomly generating tickets at any given location inside the venue for me to have gotten much much better tickets on the first attempt instead of on the second attempt. Looking forward to hearing how other fans fared on this Atlanta presale. Ticketmaster was buzzing at the same time apparently due to a Bjork presale for her Atlanta show, but, other than that, I'm not sure what happened.
I've got nothing really to complain about, though, as F4 seats are pretty good and Gwinnett Arena is a superb live venue, as I found out when I saw Depeche Mode there back in 2005. I'll be popping my Festival 2005 DVD in this weekend to celebrate.
Anyway, if anyone wants to come say hi during the show and/or make fun of me for having so much trouble with Ticketmaster, just come to F4, Row M, seats 3 and 4.

the funny thing is, it always seems like the best seats don't become available until 1wk to 10days before the show date.
