Aw, boo to being far away! One of my closest friends moved to California a bit ago.

I've been a fan for..um...ever? I grew up listening to The Cure, although it was usually just background noise. I started becoming a "fan" when I was about 11, so, ten years.

Honestly, I don't have a favorite album, persay, but Join the Dots (the b-sides and rarities) is my favorite collection. For whatever reason, I enjoy the unreleased stuff better than the rest. That, and it's 4 cds, so I can stick it in the disk changer and not have to move to change cds :P

I'm from Conowingo, Maryland. I've recently moved to Bel Air, which isn't much better, but at least there's a Starbucks. Conowingo is, like, two roads, a post office, and a goat. Seriously, it's that small.

and i know what it is like to live in a 2-road town!
i used to live in pinion hills, ca.
we had 2 roads, a stop sign, and a trading post!

but now i am back in the city! (thank god!)
i am halfway between disneyland and hollywood.
its the perfect area for me!

we're going to the fairfax how ~ i live in va beach & there are three of us going up from here... i'm sure there will be many more by the show date.

Every time The Cure comes to my area, I NEVER get to see them because of a work scheduling conflict. This time, I was ACTUALLY on vacation and they reschedule, blah!
