so named by my forked-tongue mother.

she used to call my bedroom the filthypit too, when i was a teen living @ home. FYI: it wasn't that filthy. my mom is OCD and her compulsion is cleaning. if you smoke a cigarette in her house, she will empty the ashtray 2-3 times before you finish it.

it was a standing joke among my friends growing up, so, it seemed like a natural pick for screen name. once in use, i thought it was pretty funny to be referred to as 'filthy', so it stuck. i may be a t-shirt whore, but no prostitution was involved in my screen name.
