A greatest hits set? I heard they are planning on playing for 90 minutes, do you think this seller is just assuming or do you think The Cure really will just play singles?

thats pretty much all they played @ kroq aac!
all pop hits, started out right off the bad with POY.
it was weird.....and they only played one song off the new album. that was even more weird.
but i had a awesome seat/stand/view and they sounded good where i was @ so i didnt care.

but yeah, i wouldnt doubt it.....

you never know with this band :/ i've seen them at a few radio shows/fests and they always do something odd. this was the oddest set list. it was an xmas show at the united center for q101 in chicago. they didn't go on until way after midnight i believe. the sound kept cutting out during the opening of plainsong and they had to re-start the song three times. the day of, robert did an interview in the chicago suntimes or tribune saying to expect pop hits all the way through cause its a radio show and the thing about drawing fans in. anyhoo, after 311, sara mcclacan (spell check?), duran duran, sugar ray, chumbawumba, and some other equally as shit bands, we got this jem of a setlist. and as you would have expected-half the venue left during the set halfway through. i mean, yeah, it was way after midnight, they went on an hour late, it was a weeknight, and we were stuck in the fucking united center since 5pm, but still, its the cure. why leave?

russell brand's stupid ass is playing the BIC (bournemouth) on fri & sat, 2/27&28...
my sistah & i both wanna see him (for shits/giggles) ~ and bournemouth is a groovy seaside town... and its pretty cheap in the winter.

oh god, this is beginning to sound like a worthwhile adventure!
