As far as I can ascertain, the South African Recce Car Mk IV was only used in the Middle East, and mostly after WW2. Users included Jordan (
The Arab Legion, four armoured car battalions),
Greece, Cyprus (20 to 30 still in service in the 1980s) and prossibly some more. South Africa used them as well, of course.
I have never found any references to them being used in Western Europe or Italy, but I would love to be convinced by someone who has proof!
