If you've never seen the Marine Corps version type in "wrecked 1938 Ford Ambulance..." into your search engine and you'll find the first US vehicular
casualty of WWII--the EWA(Hawaii) Marine Corps Base '38 Ford 4wd Ambulance.
My question is: do any of these M-H converted ambulances ('38 and '39) exist???
I own the non-M-H army ambulance version, rare enough. I'd like to examine up close one of these animals if they indeed still exist.
