Well it's been a fun month of work on the snowblower.

Changed the engine for the generator set unit, only to discover I had to change the exhaust manifolds, distributor cap, electrics, and both water pumps too. Of course one of the pumps wont seal so currently although I've run the 'new' engine it's resting on a block of wood waiting for the rebuilt pump to come back.

Cleaned and painted the inside of the cab, replaced kick panels and floor mat, sorted out at least some of the butchered wiring so that the ignition, horn, and lighting systems are now back up again, not to mention sanding down the whole truck and painting it the original olive drab.

Give me another month and I should have the enigine running again, front sheetmetal back of, and the blower head back in place - barring loads of ice, snow, and bad weather, of course.

I reckon re-assembled I'll put her up on Milweb at £3250 so if anyone here wants to make a bid just let me know. I'm definitely NOT selling her to anyone who wants to dump the blower gear and turn her into an ordinary truck - saving the original setup was why I bought her in the first place.
