I too used it. The first time I did as the directions said. I sprayed it on wet combed out hair from the roots to the ends. Then took sections and twisted them and let dry. I finger combed the hair when dry and it left a little wave pattern in the hair.
A better way for defined waves is to spray it onto wet hair and then braid sections and let completely dry then finger combe. The waves are more separated than regular braided wet sets.
I agree with everything said about the smell the idea of salt and such but on occasion it's fun to do.
