I always seem to go back to Mastey (using Nioxin right now) at some point. I first started using it over 15 years ago. I guarantee you it will not hurt your hair. The Frehair detangler rinse is the only thing that will stop static for me. I use the Triate shampoo as a body wash and it is about the only thing I do not break out from. I won't say Mastey does anything amazing for your hair and if you use a lot of styling products you will want to use their clairfying shampoo once in a while, but...like I said I always go back to it. L'anza was the worst thing I ever used on my hair. I have tried many of their products and the long hair stuff was the worst. I ended up with gummy, sticky, dried out hair and an itchy scalp. It took days of ACV rinses to get it out. I had more split ends than if I had used dish soap. Some people love it, I threw it in the trash, didn't even use it on the dogs. Note: I have very fine hair about 32 inches long and can't even be in the same room with most cones. You can go to their website and read the ingredients.
