I watched the trailer. This all sounds like a bunch of liberal nonsense to me. The fact that Clinton was never impeached for all of the crap he pulled is amazing. If he was a Republican, the media would have cruxified him.
Im a pretty die hard right winger, but "all that crap he pulled" really comes down to gettin' a hummer from a fat chick, something none of us would have to own up to.
What pisses me off is that today nobody remembers that whenever there was cigar or stained dress item in the news Clinton would go right off and bomb Iraq as a decoy. So ok maybe he didn't flat out invade and occupy the country but he still murdered the poor bastards for his petty schemes just like Bush. Republicans=Democrats
I thought the bombing was of a "so-called" chemical weapons factory in Sudan that turned out to be a baby formula factory or something like that. I remember Sudanese protesting by waving placards showing Monika Lewinsky. In the period that there was a no-fly zone I think most bombings were as a result of provocation on the part of the Iraqis, like they had soldiers with RPG's targetting helicopters, or they were aiming SCUDS at U.S. aircraft. The situation of having a no-fly zone (to be fair to Clinton) was inherited from his predecessor the elder Bush. I think claims that he was bombing Iraqis to divert attention from his own self-created woes in the States is spurious. I too am fairly right-wing, but I'll give Slick Willy the benefit of the doubt on this one.

It most certainly is. But I do think that the bigger crime was 70 million dollars of OUR money going to the production of the details of Willy getting a hummer.
So why hasn't King George II been impeached for lying to the public and dragging us into an illegal, immoral and unethical war in which at least 6,000 civilians and over 900 coalition troops have been killed?
Why don't we cut all the bulls**t and admit that the president has no more control of the country then the queen of England. People like George Bush and Bill Clinton can't run a country. They just sit there, play golf, go to mixers and say speeches which other people write for them. It's their Cabinent that has the real power they tell the president what to do. And sure you can say that they are appointed by the president but I'm sure he just appoints what everybody tells him to. I'm gonna vote for the next president to write his own speeches, I don't care if it's "Me like America, Me want president Me good Other guy Bad." you know why because at least thats him talking and not 500 other people pulling his strings and making him dance the Tango.
I think we can all agree to disagree on the relative merits/demerits of both Clinton and Bush. That is fine with me, as long as we can agree that there is a difference between lying and perjury. I know it seems like a small difference, and yes, both are unacceptable, but one is far worse than the other. You figure out which one it is.
Who are the writers for "The West Wing"? They seem like they know what the President would probably say in a given situation. Maybe they can write the speeches for Dubya. They've done a darned good job making Martin Sheen seem Presidential after all.
Come to think of it, why not just elect Morgan Freeman as President? He did a great job in that movie about the comet/asteroid?!? landing on earth. M.F. for Prez!!
