An old movie, seen in school

What is the title of a movie they were showing in school. It had as a theme the history of man, and one scene in particular had a cartoon drawing segment, of technology and the rise of civilization, another had a thing walking around saying "I'm a virus I'm a bug" over and over until Pasture took care of it.
Help?

The Streets Run Red With Blood?

I would pay to watch Driver's Ed movies now, if only for the cool special effects and dramatic music.

An old movie,,,

I made one slight mistake. The part I quoted was, "I'm a bug I'm a germ I'm a bug I'm a germ" over and over until something made it start to whisper, "I'm a bug I'm a germ,,,,".

An old movie seen in school--- FOUND IT!!!

It is called "Why Man Creates", a very good movie to get a basic understanding of how man has overcome obstacles(and beat boredom). If you have never seen it, even though it is more academic than entertainment, there are some funny parts as well as scientific info for that know it all.

I've been searching every minute since I first asked this earlier. I wrote it down a long time ago and finaly found that postit note.
