Hey New Yorkers!

There is a scene in "Sleepless in Seattle" where Meg Ryan and her fiancee are eating dinner while looking at the Empire State Bldg. Is that a real restaurant and if so, what is it?

OR

Is there a restaurant in one of the surrounding bldgings around the Empire State Bldg [or other scenic views] in NY that you would recommend.

I realize this is not about a movie, but it is somewhat movie related...

There's a great place in Manhattan called, 'Hi-Life' (It's a stupid name I realize). The menu is superb, and the decor is very much like the restaurant in 'Sleepless'

Uh... street level, so none I guess. They make an excellent dirty martini though.
