Anybody remember a comedy about a bunch of kids returning to a high school, who are killed off by a psycho guy dressed up as a girl? There is a blind girl in it, and at the end the killer is hanging from the ceiling.

I don't remember this and what's more I'm glad...GLAD do ya hear? That I don't remember this.

Why is it tho', that live people in movies don't notice dead people hanging from the ceiling until they are right under them, being dripped upon... do movie folks need chiropractors and can't look up? What's going on?

I don't recall that movie, BUT back in the 80's, this 'horror' flick called 'April Fool's Day' came out, and the killer was a girl named Muffy.

This Muffy character looked EXACTLY like my girlfriend at the time, and even though that movie came and went pretty quickly, my then girlfriend was stuck with that moniker for YEARS! Sucker.
