My son recently viewed a movie on CMT channel but it was not listed on the Menu at the time of viewing, there was another listing posted, so we can't find out any information about this movie. He says it was the BEST movie he had ever seen on television. The plot: a young rock teen guitarist meets a legendary blues guitarist and helps him escape from the nursing home where he is living. They then travel to the city and the old man helps the teen to win a guitar playing contest. In the end the famous blues guitarist returns to the nursing home and tells the teen to carry the torch by teaching others the art, beauty and skill of rythmn and blues. Can anyone please help us find out the Title of this movie an whether it can be purchase or ordered throught amazon.com or some other website? Thank you for any help!

That's odd, I JUST watched this flick less than a week ago. And, well - is it just me, or is the last fifteen minutes the only good part of the movie?

I haven't seen that movie for quite a while. But I remember thinking the whole time.. "wax-on...wax-off". Oh Ralphie. I do remember the duel thing being sort of cool. I don't know if that's what you're talking about with "the last 20 mins". I'm not sure when it happened.
