A few months back some yahoo here posted a thread that a good number of films featured Tom Hanks urinating (other than 'The Green Mile', I couldn't think of any). And since it was such an odd subject, I chose not to reply.
Then I got to thinking on a slightly less creepy topic - A ridiculous proportion of Jared Leto films have him dying, murdered, or horribly disfigured. Don't believe me? Examples:
Panic Room - Leto gets shot dead in the head.
American Psycho - Leto gets an axe to the head.
The Thin Red Line - Leto gets shot dead in the head.
Requiem for a Dream - Leto's arm gets horribly infected, then amputated.
Prefontaine - Leto dies in a car crash.
Alexander - Leto gets murdered.
Fight Club - Leto gets beaten to a disfiguring bloody pulp.
Switchback - Leto gets a near fatal slash to the throat.
Lord of War - Leto gets gunned down by machine guns.
Urban Legend - Leto gets sliced up.
Methinks he needs a new agent. I mean, he can never star in sequels, no?
Forest Gump - In the Oval Office with JFK (pre-urination)
A League of their Own - His film entrance is in a drunken stupor when bursts into the locker room & heads straight for the toilet and produces rather long & loud urine stream.
Catch Me if You Can - Doesn't DiCaprio walk into the apartment when Hanks is in the bathroom?
Apollo 13 - wasn't there a scene in outer space where Hanks is removing his bladder bag?
Big - I think he realizes that he is an adult when he is urinating?
Oh yeah, I remember when I was watching, 'The Core', I said to myself:
"I think I like this movie, it's pretty dumb, but - wait a second! Who the f*@k is singing over the credits? Is that f*@king Leto's band?! Motherf*@ker! I guess that's that, Mattress Man!"
