i saw this movie when i was a kid. it would have been made in the 70's, i think. anyway, it is part live action and part animation. all i can remember is that a boy goes on an unerwater adventure and meets different strange characters. when he is under water the movie is animated. there were a few songs. the lyrics were odd. i think they sang, "high..high..high! high clock alaurum!" or something that sounded like that. they had british accents, i think. i know that is a really vague discription, but if anyone has a clue as to what it might be i would greatly appreciate it. thanks.
hhhm all I can think of is Bedknobs and Broomsticks with Angela Lansbury. There are 3 children, 2 boys and one girl. All of them speak with Brit accents.
It is during the war and the children are evacuated to a witch's home (Lansbury). They need to find the rest of a missing spell so they go to London on a magic flying bed to find the missing piece.
There are many animated parts and one is underwater. The song doesn't ring a bell though.
