several years ago i saw a movie but i have forgotten its name.it is about a woman who is a phyco who kills men,one of the men she kills is a police officer who she ties to a chair ,blindfolds and shoots,she tries to kill another man with a syringe.she shares a house with a woman who is not a phyco,she tries to get the other woman to kill but the other woman wont.in the end the phyco goes to jail and the other woman falls in love with the man the phyco tried to kill with the syringe.the movie was made in the 80s or 90s and the phyco was maybe played by jaqueline bissett or someone like her.i would be gratefull if someone could tell me the films name as i have wanted to know for years.

Look woman, most people come here for exactly what you want. However, I've found that most people are lazy. Just Google all of the subject matter and sift through the results. Shouldn't take you more than 20 minutes. And stop the all double posting.
I think someone would have named the movie had they heard about it or seen it. I would try searching IMDB.com. Otherwise, you might just have to let it go.

You can try the internet movie critic-found that film, just write what you know about the movie and in a week or so they'll send back some results if they can, and it's free.
Wild at Heart is a great movie but the plot is nothing like what was described. There was no syringe involved and only one woman (Laura Dern). She didn't kill anyone in the film.
However, Willem Dafoe, Nicholas Cage, Diane Ladd, and Harry Dean Stanton give great performances.
