yes, there were moments of brilliance with BB but there were also some really bad, or even worse, some completely unoriginal material in the movie, which made it just plain bi-polar bad for me.
Good: swirling bats flying out of the cave.
Bad: Katie Holmes' character. Why is she even in this flick? And who was the idiot who did her costumes?
Good: Shots of the snow-capped mountains
Bad: The Obie-wan wannabe ninja teacher sequence.
also Bad: Flash-back vs. present day and then back to flash back and then how about a flash back in the flash back.... When are WE?
But we were talking about Superman, so...I digress.
