Yeah that was ok, but he was heading for the window, I was hopeing he'd fall out but nahh he just lays on the window sill and dies.
would have been a lot better if you saw his body scaleing down the castle wall..... just like his character in die hard.
Inigo Montoya: [Louder] Hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father prepare to die.
Count Rugen: Stop saying that!
Inigo Montoya: [Rugen attacks and Inigo blocks it and then stabs Rugen in the shoulder. Then Rugen swings his sword. Inigo ducks and stabs Rugen in the other shoulder. Then he advances quickly and they fight] Hello! My name is Inigo Montoya! You killed my father prepare to die!
Count Rugen: [Rugen gets his sword knocked away and Inigo slices his cheek] No!
Inigo Montoya: Offer me money
Count Rugen: Yes
Inigo Montoya: Power too promise that!
[he slices Rugen's other cheek]
Count Rugen: All that I have and more. Please.
Inigo Montoya: Offer me everything I ask for.
Inigo Montoya: Anything you want.
Count Rugen: [Rugen attacks but Inigo grabs his arm and stabs Rugen in the stomach]
Inigo Montoya: I want my father back you son of a bitch.
[Inigo plunches the sword into Rugen's gut and he falls down dead]
As far as the Robin Hood thing goes, I think the death of the old witch was much better. Morgan Freeman busting in the door and throwing his curved sword right into her chest, and her flying back a good 10 feet. Now that was an awesome villan death
Now that one I'm sad to say, I haven't seen.
But Christopher Guest in the Prnces Bride that scene scared me when I was young. I think mainly becuase of seeing Mandy Patinkin get stabed and all bloodied up.
Another Death I thought of is the end of Hard Rain.... was it Randy Quaid who was the bad guy. That boat engine and propeler goes flying into him shooting him backwards into the water. (semi cool)
All of Sean Bean's, of course, Patriot Games' is probably the best. Something about dying on a flaming speedboat in the middle of the night during a thunderstorm puts its awesomeness just above Goldeneye's.
And while Leon dies too, handing Gary Oldman the pin to the grenade in The Professional has always been one of my favorites.
I also like the ending to Road to Perdition where Paul Newman and company get lit up by a silent tommygun one at a time.
