All I'm going to say is this:

Two people vomited in the theater. One barfed when Steve-o put a leech on his eyeball, and the other barfed when someone drank horse semen.

I won't "give anything else away" but the movie was pretty cringeingly awesome.

You know if this is your movie or not before you see it. However, I will say I didn't like it as much as the first. I went long spurts without laughing at all. They tried way too hard, to a point where it lost some of its "charm" the first go round. There really aren't any of the candid camera style segments. It's all pretty much organized stunts. And since those are always about 4-5 minutes each, there's just way less content. What's here can be funny. Fish hook through the cheek, leech on the eyeball, beer bong up the ass, the pube beard, drinking horse jizz. But they try to a fault here, and it just doesn't click as well. Funny, but disappointing at the same time.

Yeah, my boyfriend's mom was dry heaving after I TOLD her about the horse semen part. This movie is so awesomely painful.

This movie is scary on many levels [and no I don't plan to see it] but in a way, it will weed out the genepool a bit because you just KNOW that some stupid kids are going to get together and try to reenact some of those stunts.

I liked the first movie.  I laughed my ass off at the scene where the one guy is dressed up like an old guy, and gets kicked out of a convenience store.  I found that funny.  The dude pissing in the snow and eating a snowcone made of his own piss was just gross.  Likewise the wasabi snorting. 

If it'll make grown men chuck then I probably don't want to see it.
