However, Grizzly Man was a documentary that included films the grizzly bear dude made out in Alaska. I don't think there was any video footage left from this event . . . just a diary . . . that I recall. I could be wrong on that count.
I saw a quasi-documentary made about Krakauer's book from when he climbed Mt. Everest. He's gotten a lot of bad press on that because obviously he didn't stop on his way back down from the summit to help the guys that were dying up there. Then again, as he says he was suffering from anoxia and he was not taking care of clients.
