I heard there was a joke at my boy Harrison's expense so I'm gonna go with... hmm.... F------ If a worse grade existed I would give it. Oh I heard they made fun of Sean Bean too, to those it may concern.

Given the amount of time Stewart had to prep, not bad. Expected worse. Only awards that irked me were Cody winning for the Juno screen play and Bourne taking technical awards away from Transformers (you gotta be kidding me.)

And seeing as how Stewart is still alive today, you can safely assume that there were not jokes at Sean Bean's expense.

I'd give it a B- too.  I thought John Stewart was going to be a bit more edgy.  He played it safe a la Jay Leno.

Most memorable moment for me was when the French chick got the oscar for best actress.  She was so completely floored.  It was obviously really unexpected.  I didn't see it coming at all.  In Canada there all the buzz was about how the cute teenager who played the part of the pregnant girl in Juno would win.

I thought Daniel Day Lewis's acceptance speech was absolutely eloquent & amazing.

I am glad they aren't going ape shit with musical interludes any more.

Yeah ... Goldie Hawn's --- "...and the actor goes to..."

I dunno.... amazing acceptance? maybe not, but he sure did one hell of a job in that movie

Uhm, I'm fairly certain that that's a fake (or I'm not getting your joke..?) For a start, that thing he's holding is not as Oscar. But it is, besides that, a very good fake!

Everyone whom I wanted to win DID - strangely enough. Ummm, but for merely a week and half of preparation from the writers, I thought they did a pretty damn solid job (particularly from Mr. Stewart - C'mon, how awesome was it when he asked that nobody girl that no one will ever hear from again to speak after winning the award for Best Song... which was pretty weak, if you ask me - whatever).

May not have been the best song in the world, but it beat the hell out of those god awful Enchanted tunes.

Oh, another thing I liked . . . was when Stewart made a joke about Jack Nicholson.  I turned to my wife and said . . . "there's the obligatory Jack Nicholson joke" & not a second later John Stewart said something along the same lines.  Nicholson has become the grand old man of the award show.  They put him in the front row with his dark shades and Cheshire grin.

Like TTG I am a huge fan of Harrison Ford.  If ever there was a Hollywood actor who could take a joke in his stride it would be him.  He does not have a swelled head like a lot of celebrities do.  H.F. and Morgan Freeman are both incredibly modest & humble.

Or maybe they were just both on their best behaviour when they appeared on the Actor's Studio, and in reality beat the maid, throw tantrums & scream at servants like Naomi Campbell does.
