THE biggest cliche in my mind is "I'm serious and don't call me shirley" But it is definitely deserving of that status.

Fat Suits.

People with glasses are brainy nerds.

Good looking girls with big boobs don't mind showing them to ugly guys with nothing going for them.

When destroying something, a jackhammer is usually somewhere in there

A man without pants/penis showing is funny.

Hot girls who are complete dumbasses or clumsy are automatically hot.

Large breasted woman = slut

Guy friends always try to ruin your life as much as possible.

Two people who really hate each other end up together anyway.

If a guy is too good for you in terms of looks, intelligence, mannerism, then he is and the sloppier one is always the right choice and was all along.

ETA: Black women are loud and obnoxious and don't know when to shut up or have a sense of tact.

Don't know if you'd call it a cliche or not . . . but it's overdone for sure; the idea that a man getting hit with a ball, or some other type of projectile in his testicles is uproariously funny. 

...no cliche. That's just genuine comedy.
