When I first saw the trailers for this, I thought it looked like absolute garbage. Then a few things came into play. What I consider an absurdly high RT percentage (80% really?) and a helluva gross, I kind of fell into the hype train. I liked what I was hearing. Pure over the top B movie escapist fun. So me and my friend went today, and we loved it. It was over the top. Moreso than any movie I can think of off the top of my head. I loved it, it was visually excellent, and if you love your action movies, and can engage a willing suspension of disbelief for this kind of thing, I say go.

Who knew that the universe could speak binary code?

With that said, this movie rocked.

My $8 was well spent.
