BEAN!!! LOL, I wonder why you picked that one.

Um... Moonraker is not a great film so don't see that one

...and when you say great, the answer is arguably NO. Each Bond era has a different flavor so its hard to compare and contrast the entire collection.

Goldfinger

honourable mention:
GoldenEye
Live and let Die
The Spy who loved Me
Casino Royale (2006)

Wild card:
Living Daylights

As may times as I watch James Bond movies when I was a kid, I remember the title sequences and songs more than the movie itself.

And the fact View to a Kill has Christopher Walken.

I should probably shut up now.

I liked it when Bond had the cooky gadgets.

The laser watch, the self flipping car (from upside-down). Stuff like that. I hated when Bond had a defibrillator in his glove box. That's it!?

Bring on the jet boats, jet packs, jet skis, jet condoms!

It was neat when he had those awesome gadgets to overcome the bad guys. Now they're gone, and we have to rely on the actors talent alone. Haberdash!

We (or maybe just I) want so see neat stuff, not just a sexy interlude.

(But I will digress, the parkour is always cool)

Bond:

Connery - Goldfinger
Moore - For Your Eyes Only (just edging out Moonraker)
Dalton - The Living Daylights
Brosnan - The World Is Not Enough (and my personal favorite)
Craig - ?

Bond is loosing it

November 14 2008, 11:15 AM

(1) Connery
(2) Brosnan
(3) Moore
(4) Craig
(5) Dalton

In that order. But really James Bond is trying to be edgy its loosing the whole fun of Bond is being replaced with a dark edgy character. Its the new Hollywood formula.

I really REALLY didn't like Brosnan as Bond. I thought they went a little to girly with him. Ever since I saw him running away from the train in Golden Eye I wrote him off, (runs like a pansy).

It's not a coincidence that Bean was Pierce's villain, he's the only bond that Sean could actually believably take. Bean vs Connery not a chance...

I like Connery, Brosnan and Daniel Craig.

I like Lazenby, Moore or Dalton much less.
