Been a rainy, depressing day. All my work is cancelled until further notice over Swine Fad, and I had to get out of the house. Went to see Crank 2 having not seen the first so I could shut off my brain for a bit.

I really don't know if I liked it or not. I had no idea how over the top it would be. I'm not entirely sure what would need to be added to give it a NC-17 rating. The violence was over the top and pretty graphic, and there were more scenes that had naked chix in them than those without.

I think it was just a brisk (85 minutes), fun, campy flick. I was surprised. But it was this or The Soloist, and I just didn't have that in me.
