The trailer for this is actually misleading because it's much worse than it looks. The main problem is that it doesn't have any fun with it's dopey premise, it's so dark and serious for a movie that talks about ping between the death row inmate and his 17 year old controller. Awful. Can't even get through it's terriblness to enjoy the extremely excessive gore/violence and tons of boobs.
The other half of this movie is the game our convict's wife participates in. It's a riff on that Second Life game or The Sims. She is an "actress" which means she dresses up like a whore and interacts with people with names like "Myballshurt" as some obese (seriously it looks almost CG) nerd drinks syrup and commands her to have sex and touch herself with other people in the game.
Luda leads a faction of rebel humans, known as the HUMANZ. They hack present day games from their basement, where they only play things like air hockey, Galaga and Pac Man.
