Skin Cancer in a Golden Retriever

I recently had surgery performed on my
12 year old Golden. The vet said he the
tumor was cancerous and may spread. So
far (with a lot of research) I've found
that acidophilus, omega-3, & msm, soy,
calcium and salve are good natural supplements
and he's about to go off store bought
food and on a home-cooked diet high in
protein and low in carbs.

If anyone has any experience with dogs
and cancer, especially if they're
success stories, please let me know.
