Susie, several suggestions.
Start adding some fibre naturally eg grated RAW carrot, apple, courgette, pear, beetroot, pumpkin, chopped pineapple - any ripe fruit or vegies except tomato or potato. Add 1-2 tsps per meal of good quality safflower or olive oil as lubrication, and add a teaspoon of coarse coconut to help sweep the anal glands clean. Provide plenty or fresh water of course.
