Dear Lee, Our Siberian Husky also has torn his third eyelid. The vet didn't do anything to it. He tore it Oct. 7, so its been a week. Its noticible but it doesn't affect his vision. It didn't affect the tearing. What is BMP that you use? How does your dogs eye look now?
